Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of one year experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • Willingness to work in an environment with flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and cold conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity
  • Resourcefulness and composure in high-pressure environments

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom and complete rotations
  • Manage product ordering, food safety, and scheduling in the Kitchen AOI
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning in the Showroom AOI
