Job Duties
- Supervise food and beverage operations during assigned shift
- Ensure physical environment and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations
- Assist in maintaining a smooth-running operation and ensure team members are trained and adhere to SOP
- Monitor food quality and service level
- Monitor payroll and revenue
- Provide a pleasant and efficient environment for staff and guests
- Assist in inventory control
