Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems
  • Ability to handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and funds management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced airport environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory capacity
  • Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to interact at all levels including with executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports

Job Duties

  • Manage all restaurant and customer service activities, supervise and evaluate team member performance through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals and provide feedback including disciplinary action
  • Lead and develop team, recruit, train, and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts, develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and team member assignments, implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
  • Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Handle office management tasks such as management of funds and media, receiving, inventory, purchasing, team member scheduling and payroll
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of sales reports
  • Address routine issues and escalate complex problems to higher management as necessary
