Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years restaurant management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Effective organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle routine problem-solving
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced airport environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Proficient computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively with executives, union representatives, and diverse team members
- Proven conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manage all restaurant and customer service activities
- Lead and develop team
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle office management tasks including funds, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting through sales analysis
- Address routine problems and escalate complex issues
- Foster guest service standards and brand specifications
