Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service w bar restaurant environment required
- Minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- Train develop and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts in front of house and back of house
- Implement and maintain guest service standards and or brand specifications
- Maintain all merchandising standards display presentations and signing standards and monitor inventory levels
- Develop plan and assign daily goals tasks and Team Member assignments
- Manage supervise and evaluate Team Member performance through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals and provide feedback including disciplinary action
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures as well as state health sanitation standards
