Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service management experience
- Experience with full service or quick service restaurant operations
- Food Handlers’ Card or equivalent safety certification
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2+ years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
- Experience in full service and/or quick service restaurant preferred
- Culinary background desirable
- Relevant safety certifications such as Food Handlers’ Card
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experienced with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Effective organizational skills to prioritize activities
Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- Supervise and evaluate team member performance including feedback and disciplinary action
- Ensure food quality and standards including recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and communicate with team of food travel experts
- Develop, plan and assign daily goals and tasks
- Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
- Assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of reports
