Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of restaurant or food service management experience
  • Experience with full service or quick service restaurant operations
  • Food Handlers’ Card or equivalent safety certification
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Experience in full service and/or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Relevant safety certifications such as Food Handlers’ Card
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experienced with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts
  • Effective organizational skills to prioritize activities

Job Duties

  • Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
  • Supervise and evaluate team member performance including feedback and disciplinary action
  • Ensure food quality and standards including recipe adherence and portion control
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and communicate with team of food travel experts
  • Develop, plan and assign daily goals and tasks
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance through analysis of reports
