Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service leadership
- Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management required
- In a management or supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management experience
- Proficient level of computer literacy, including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
- Ability to interact at all levels, including executives, union representatives, and diverse hourly team members
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
