Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service management
  • Proven leadership skills in high-volume food service environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • Valid Food Handlers' Card
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage cost control and budgeting
  • Experience in full-service restaurant management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Experience in full-service restaurant management with bar experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Food Handlers' Card and relevant safety certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with executives and diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back of house operations
  • Ensure food quality and safety
  • Control costs including food and labor expenses
  • Lead and develop the team through recruitment, training, and goal setting
  • Maintain systems and standards in compliance with policies and health regulations
  • Manage merchandising including inventory, display standards, and signage
  • Oversee office management tasks such as funds management, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting by monitoring sales performance and analyzing budget
  • Address and escalate routine operational problems
