Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service management
- Proven leadership skills in high-volume food service environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- Valid Food Handlers' Card
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage cost control and budgeting
- Experience in full-service restaurant management preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- Experience in full-service restaurant management with bar experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Food Handlers' Card and relevant safety certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with executives and diverse teams
Job Duties
- Oversee front and back of house operations
- Ensure food quality and safety
- Control costs including food and labor expenses
- Lead and develop the team through recruitment, training, and goal setting
- Maintain systems and standards in compliance with policies and health regulations
- Manage merchandising including inventory, display standards, and signage
- Oversee office management tasks such as funds management, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting by monitoring sales performance and analyzing budget
- Address and escalate routine operational problems
