Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant or food service management experience
  • Food Handlers' Card or relevant safety certification
  • Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of restaurant or food service management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in full service and/or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Relevant safety certifications such as Food Handlers' Card
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple activities
  • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse groups including executives and union representatives

Job Duties

  • Manage all front of house and kitchen activities including supervising and evaluating team member performance
  • Ensure food quality and standards are maintained through recipe adherence and portion control
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and communicate with a diverse team of Food Travel Experts
  • Develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and team member assignments
  • Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications to foster a collaborative work environment
  • Assist in sales performance monitoring through report analysis for forecasting and budgeting
