Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or food service management experience
- Food Handlers' Card or relevant safety certification
- Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- 2+ years of restaurant or food service management or supervisory experience
- Experience in full service and/or quick service restaurant preferred
- Culinary background desirable
- Relevant safety certifications such as Food Handlers' Card
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple activities
- Effective interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse groups including executives and union representatives
Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities including supervising and evaluating team member performance
- Ensure food quality and standards are maintained through recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and communicate with a diverse team of Food Travel Experts
- Develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and team member assignments
- Implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications to foster a collaborative work environment
- Assist in sales performance monitoring through report analysis for forecasting and budgeting
