Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory role
  • Experience in full-service dining with bar management
  • Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office and POS
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate with diverse groups including executives and union representatives
  • Proven conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Full-service dining with bar management experience required
  • Culinary background is desirable
  • Proficient in computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives and team members
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts with clients, customers, and staff
