Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in the hospitality industry
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are maintained while conducting line checks
  • provide support in the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
  • manage employee and guest relations during busy or challenging moments
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
