Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in the hospitality industry
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- ensure food safety, quality and presentation standards are maintained while conducting line checks
- provide support in the kitchen, bar, and dining room during peak hours
- manage employee and guest relations during busy or challenging moments
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
