Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service leadership
- Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management
- Experience in management or supervisory capacity with bar management
- Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
- Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives and diverse team members
- Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
Job Qualifications
