Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service leadership
  • Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management
  • Experience in management or supervisory capacity with bar management
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • Effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives and diverse team members
  • Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications
