Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (or local legal age with RVP approval for alcohol service)
  • Minimum one year of people management experience or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • Capability to work in environments with flashing lights, moving parts, loud noises, and varying temperature and humidity conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong coaching and developing skills
  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity
  • Resourcefulness and composure
  • Effective time and priority management

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
  • Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom) and complete rotations in each
  • Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Lead birthday party execution and planning in the showroom
  • Partner with the Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment in top condition
