Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (local law exceptions with approval)
- Minimum one year experience managing people or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
- Ability to work in environments with flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various temperature and humidity conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year experience managing people, preferably in food service or at least six months as an Opening Coordinator
- Strong coaching and developing skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Resourcefulness in problem solving
- Demonstrated ethics and integrity
- Strong time and priority management skills
Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
- Coach and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Understand and apply cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom) and complete rotations
- Manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, and preparation
- Lead birthday party execution and optimize party bookings and showroom seating
