Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (local law exceptions with approval)
  • Minimum one year experience managing people or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
  • Ability to work in environments with flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various temperature and humidity conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience managing people, preferably in food service or at least six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Strong coaching and developing skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Resourcefulness in problem solving
  • Demonstrated ethics and integrity
  • Strong time and priority management skills

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team
  • Coach and inspire staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Understand and apply cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom) and complete rotations
  • Manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, and preparation
  • Lead birthday party execution and optimize party bookings and showroom seating
