Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
- Communication in English is required with Spanish comprehension helpful
- Previous fast food management experience required
- Knowledge of food and beverage performance metrics
- Technical proficiency in food preparation and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work multiple stations and learn all restaurant operations
- Positive attitude and ability to treat others with respect
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and accountable
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions
- Willing to admit mistakes and fix issues
- Prompt and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
- Previous fast food management experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems
- Technically proficient in food preparation, production, and delivery
- Displays detailed knowledge of key food handling and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills including leading by example and professionalism
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make others happy
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Spanish
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- Embraces learning and accountability
- Dependable with prompt and regular attendance
- Reliable transportation and availability to work varied shifts
