Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older (with regional exceptions as per RVP approval)
  • Minimum one year of management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to work in environments with flashing lights, loud noise, extreme heat and cold
  • Willingness to adhere to rigorous health and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Demonstrated composure under pressure
  • Resourceful with good problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates ethics and integrity
  • Excellent time and priority management skills

Job Duties

  • Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards
  • Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team
  • Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Understand and manage cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom, completing rotations in each area
  • Oversee execution of birthday party planning and maximize bookings and guest satisfaction
  • Partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment with minimal downtime
