Job Requirements

  • must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 21 years old or older, local law exceptions may apply
  • minimum one year of people management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
  • able to work in environments with flashing lights, loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and exposure to temperature variations

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year experience managing people, preferably in food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • ability to coach and develop others

  • strong time and priority management

Job Duties

  • make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members to meet company and guest expectations
  • coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment
  • understand cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
  • take ownership of an Area of Impact in kitchen, sales, showroom, or gameroom and complete rotations in each area
  • manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness
  • oversee sales operations including cashier, salad bar, and gift shop, monitor sales results and profitability
  • lead birthday party execution and planning in the showroom
  • partner with technical manager to maintain games and equipment while analyzing gameplay data and ticket payouts
  • maintain cleanliness and guest readiness in all operational areas
