Job Requirements
- must be able to work 40 hours a week
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- must be at least 21 years old or older, local law exceptions may apply
- minimum one year of people management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- able to work in environments with flashing lights, loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and exposure to temperature variations

- minimum one year experience managing people, preferably in food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator

Job Duties
- make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
- build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating team members to meet company and guest expectations
- coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment
- understand cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
- take ownership of an Area of Impact in kitchen, sales, showroom, or gameroom and complete rotations in each area
- manage kitchen operations including product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness
- oversee sales operations including cashier, salad bar, and gift shop, monitor sales results and profitability
- lead birthday party execution and planning in the showroom
- partner with technical manager to maintain games and equipment while analyzing gameplay data and ticket payouts
- maintain cleanliness and guest readiness in all operational areas
