Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years in food service management or supervisory role
  • Experience in full-service dining and bar management
  • Proficient with POS systems and MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced airport environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • Full-service dining with bar management experience required
  • Culinary background is desirable
  • Proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and Point-of-Sale systems
  • Effective organizational skills to prioritize activities
  • Ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
  • Proven track record of resolving conflicts with clients and team members
