Job Requirements

  • must be able to work 40 hours a week
  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for local law exceptions)
  • minimum one year of people management experience or six months as an Opening Coordinator
  • must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
  • must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
  • able to work in environments with flashing lights, loud noise, and varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of experience managing people preferably in the food service industry or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
  • ability to work 40 hours per week

Job Duties

  • make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding product and guest service standards
  • build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team
  • coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment
  • understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
  • take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and complete rotations through kitchen, sales, showroom, and game room
  • manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cleanliness in the kitchen
  • oversee sales operations including cashier, salad bar, and gift shop
  • lead birthday party execution and planning in the showroom
  • partner with Technical Manager to maintain game room equipment and analyze game play data
