Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service w/bar restaurant environment required
- minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- Train, develop and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts in front of house and back of house
- implement and maintain guest service standards and brand specifications
- maintain merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards
- monitor inventory levels
- develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and team member assignments
- manage, supervise and evaluate team member performance including follow-up and disciplinary action
- maintain adherence to company policies and state health and sanitation standards
