Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • food handlers' card and relevant safety certifications
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work with executives and diverse teams
  • proven conflict resolution skills

  • associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • 2+ years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • full-service restaurant management experience with bar experience preferred
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back of house operations
  • supervise, manage, and evaluate team member performance, providing feedback and ensuring task completion
  • ensure food quality and safety by maintaining recipe adherence, portion control, and compliance with brand and food safety standards
  • control costs by managing food and labor expenses to maximize profitability
  • lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, and guiding a team of dedicated food travel experts
  • maintain systems and standards ensuring compliance with company policies, state health, and sanitation regulations
  • manage merchandising including inventory, display standards, and signage
  • oversee office management tasks such as funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
  • assist in forecasting and budgeting including sales performance monitoring and budget analysis
  • address and escalate routine problem solving as needed
