Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years food service management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in full service or quick service restaurant preferred
  • Food Handlers' Card or relevant certification required
  • Proficient with computer software including MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • 2+ years in restaurant or food service management or supervisory capacity
  • Experience in full-service and/or quick-service restaurants preferred
  • Culinary background desirable
  • Food Handlers' Card or relevant safety certification
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
  • Focus on the food quality and standards
  • Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and communicate with team members
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and state health standards
  • Maintain merchandising standards and monitor inventory levels
  • Assist in sales performance analysis and budgeting
  • Address routine operational issues and escalate complex problems
