Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Capability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Competency in interpreting operational documents and manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong multitasking and physical stamina
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize profit and loss and store reports for decision-making

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss statements and store reports to drive operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multitasking including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting as needed
  • Support daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and quality
