Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Capability to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting operational documents
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Competency in interpreting operational documents and manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong multitasking and physical stamina
- Demonstrated ability to utilize profit and loss and store reports for decision-making
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Monitor preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to drive operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multitasking including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting as needed
- Support daily restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and quality
