Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to maintain restaurant condition in compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength to ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Ability to analyze and use P&L and store reports
  • Capacity to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge primarily in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and train staff in a restaurant environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
  • Strong understanding of food safety, presentation, and quality standards
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities required in the role
  • Experience using financial reports such as P&L to make operational decisions

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards regarding restaurant condition
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to analyze and implement operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Collaborate with management to promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Perform multi-tasking including bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
