Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee customer service leadership and employee training
- Ability to ensure compliance with health and company standards
- Strength in food preparation and presentation oversight
- Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Proficient with Microsoft computer products
- Physical ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret manuals and procedural documents
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership and employee training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health department standards
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Use P&L and store reports to implement changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Provide coaching and development for restaurant staff
- Manage multitasking demands including physical work like bending, standing, and lifting
