Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee customer service leadership and employee training
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health and company standards
  • Strength in food preparation and presentation oversight
  • Demonstrated use of P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Proficient with Microsoft computer products
  • Physical ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret manuals and procedural documents
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership and employee training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health department standards
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Use P&L and store reports to implement changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Provide coaching and development for restaurant staff
  • Manage multitasking demands including physical work like bending, standing, and lifting
