Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Capability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation
  • Experience in utilizing P&L and store reports
  • Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willingness to multi-task and perform physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
  • Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to use financial reports for operational decisions

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain appropriate preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to influence operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness and operational readiness
  • Support multi-tasking and physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
