Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Capability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation
- Experience in utilizing P&L and store reports
- Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to multi-task and perform physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Demonstrated analytical skills to use financial reports for operational decisions
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Maintain appropriate preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to influence operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s cleanliness and operational readiness
- Support multi-tasking and physical duties such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
