Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with health department standards and company policies
- Demonstrated ability to manage food preparation and quality
- Proficient computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive performance
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support multi-tasking and daily operational tasks, including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment
