Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health department standards and company policies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage food preparation and quality
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change and drive performance
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support multi-tasking and daily operational tasks, including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
  • Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment
