Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to oversee restaurant operations and employee training
  • Knowledge of company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ability to maintain foodservice quality standards
  • Ability to interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical job requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer service teams
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to use financial reports such as profit and loss statements to drive change
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss and store reports to affect operational changes
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Manage multitasking, repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
