Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations and employee training
- Knowledge of company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ability to maintain foodservice quality standards
- Ability to interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask and perform physical job requirements
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer service teams
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to use financial reports such as profit and loss statements to drive change
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss and store reports to affect operational changes
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer knowledge, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Manage multitasking, repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
