Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Ability to lead and coach restaurant employees
  • Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while performing physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operational management
