Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
- Ability to lead and coach restaurant employees
- Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while performing physical activities including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operational management
