Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
  • Ability to manage food preparation and presentation standards
  • Ability to analyze and use P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Proficient computer knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to make decisions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all employees
  • Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • Manage preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss reports and store reports to affect operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating, maintenance, and procedure documents
  • Coordinate employee schedules and daily assignments
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
