Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
- Ability to manage food preparation and presentation standards
- Ability to analyze and use P&L and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Proficient computer knowledge
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to make decisions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all employees
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- Manage preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss reports and store reports to affect operational changes
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance, and procedure documents
- Coordinate employee schedules and daily assignments
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
