Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in ensuring preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong multitasking and physical endurance abilities
  • Knowledge of health department standards and company policies
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect operational change
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Train and support restaurant employees
  • Manage physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
