Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside Restaurant Leader
- Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong multitasking and physical endurance abilities
- Knowledge of health department standards and company policies
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to affect operational change
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Train and support restaurant employees
- Manage physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
