Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Capability of ensuring proper preparation presentation and freshness of foodservice products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multi-task perform repeated bending standing and reaching and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

- Demonstrated ability to lead and train teams
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals

Job Duties

- Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage employee scheduling and performance
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
