Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in maintaining proper foodservice product preparation, presentation, and freshness
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily management tasks and staff supervision
