Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in maintaining proper foodservice product preparation, presentation, and freshness
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant conditions comply with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in daily management tasks and staff supervision
