Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Knowledge of company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ability to ensure food quality and presentation
- Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask and handle physical activities
- Experience in using P&L reports for business decision-making
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss reports and store data to make business decisions
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Support restaurant employees through coaching and development
- Manage multiple tasks including physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
