Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Knowledge of company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ability to ensure food quality and presentation
  • Proficient computer skills especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle physical activities
  • Experience in using P&L reports for business decision-making

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Oversee restaurant condition ensuring compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss reports and store data to make business decisions
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Support restaurant employees through coaching and development
  • Manage multiple tasks including physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
