Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to interpret documents and reports
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage physical demands of the role
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to effect operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Coach and supervise restaurant employees to enhance performance
- Perform multi-tasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
