Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to provide customer service leadership and coaching
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft products
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret documents and reports
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage physical demands of the role

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership and training alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss statements and store reports to effect operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Coach and supervise restaurant employees to enhance performance
  • Perform multi-tasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
