Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
- Ability to read and interpret documents including operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of Restaurant Management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and use financial reports
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Monitor and ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes for operational improvement
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks effectively including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
