Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of Restaurant Management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and use financial reports
  • Effective multitasking and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Monitor and ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement changes for operational improvement
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively including physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
