Job Requirements
- Ability to oversee customer service and restaurant operations
- Knowledge of company policies and Health Department Standards
- Effective training and coaching capabilities
- Experience ensuring food product quality and presentation
- Capability to analyze financial and operational reports
- Competency in reading and understanding procedure manuals
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience
Job Qualifications

- Strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards

- Demonstrated ability to analyze P&L and store reports to improve store performance
Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Provide training and coaching for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multi-tasking duties, including physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
