Job Requirements

  • Ability to oversee customer service and restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Effective training and coaching capabilities
  • Experience ensuring food product quality and presentation
  • Capability to analyze financial and operational reports
  • Competency in reading and understanding procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to effectively provide training and coaching
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and safety standards
  • Ability to interpret operational and maintenance documents
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze P&L and store reports to improve store performance

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Provide training and coaching for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multi-tasking duties, including physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
