Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to oversee customer service and lead staff
  • Knowledge of health department standards and company policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports effectively
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to interpret and follow operational procedures
  • Excellent multitasking and physical stamina

Job Duties

  • Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Provide training and coaching to all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Manage multi-tasking duties including physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
