Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to oversee customer service and lead staff
- Knowledge of health department standards and company policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports effectively
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to interpret and follow operational procedures

Job Duties
- Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Provide training and coaching to all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Manage multi-tasking duties including physical activities like bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
