Job Requirements

  • desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies procedures and health department standards
  • strength in ensuring proper preparation presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
  • demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • high school diploma or GED preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • ability to multitask perform repeated bending standing and reaching occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of health department standards and company policies
  • ability to interpret profit and loss statements and store reports

Job Duties

  • ensure the restaurant complies with company policies procedures and health department standards
  • ensure proper preparation presentation and freshness of all foodservice products
  • use profit and loss and store reports to affect change
  • read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • perform administrative duties including scheduling and inventory management
  • maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment for employees and customers
