Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper preparation and presentation of food products
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
  • Proficient in computer usage
  • High School diploma or GED preferred or equivalent management experience
  • Ability to perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to use Profit and Loss and store reports
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • High School diploma or GED preferred or one year of Restaurant Management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Train and coach restaurant employees
  • Oversee restaurant condition and compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and store reports to guide operational improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
