Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant complies with company policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring proper preparation and presentation of food products
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports
- Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance documents
- Proficient in computer usage
- High School diploma or GED preferred or equivalent management experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to use Profit and Loss and store reports
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- High School diploma or GED preferred or one year of Restaurant Management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Train and coach restaurant employees
- Oversee restaurant condition and compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and store reports to guide operational improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform multitasking duties including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting
