Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with policies and health standards
- Ability to maintain food quality and presentation
- Ability to utilize financial and operational reports
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Ability to use P&L and operational reports effectively
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with sufficient restaurant management experience
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Train and coach restaurant employees to enhance service and operational quality
- Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Manage food preparation, presentation, and freshness to meet quality standards
- Utilize profit and loss (P&L) statements and store reports to implement operational changes
- Interpret and apply operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform physical tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
