Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change
  • Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and take corrective actions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department standards
  • Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect change and improve restaurant performance
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
  • Ensure a safe and clean restaurant environment
