Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and training
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for change
  • Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
  • Proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with at least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated supervisory or management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to interpret and use operational and maintenance instructions
  • Experience analyzing P&L and store reports to improve operations
  • Excellent multitasking and physical stamina

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
  • Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to drive operational changes
  • Interpret and utilize documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Perform multitasking duties including repeated bending, standing, and reaching
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
