Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership and training
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for change
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents
- Proficient computer knowledge especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to interpret and use operational and maintenance instructions
- Experience analyzing P&L and store reports to improve operations
- Excellent multitasking and physical stamina
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
- Manage proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to drive operational changes
- Interpret and utilize documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform multitasking duties including repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
