Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee customer service leadership and training
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring food preparation and presentation quality
- Demonstrated ability in using P&L and store reports
- Ability to read operational and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multitask and meet physical demands
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Strong multitasking ability
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership
- Train and coach restaurant employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health standards
- Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of food products
- Use P&L and store reports to drive operational changes
- Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Manage multitasking and physical demands of the role
