Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee customer service leadership and training
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring food preparation and presentation quality
  • Demonstrated ability in using P&L and store reports
  • Ability to read operational and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask and meet physical demands

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership
  • Train and coach restaurant employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health standards
  • Monitor proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of food products
  • Use P&L and store reports to drive operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Manage multitasking and physical demands of the role
