Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in maintaining food quality and safety
  • Ability to use profit and loss statements to drive change
  • Ability to understand and apply operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
  • High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
  • Capability to multitask and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
  • Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze profit and loss reports
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership and training for restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
  • Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss statements and store reports to implement improvements
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Assist in multi-tasking activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operational tasks
