Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strength in maintaining food quality and safety
- Ability to use profit and loss statements to drive change
- Ability to understand and apply operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient with computers, especially Microsoft products
- High school diploma or GED preferred or one year of restaurant management experience
- Capability to multitask and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
- Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to analyze profit and loss reports
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to multi-task and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership and training for restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies and health department standards
- Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss statements and store reports to implement improvements
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Assist in multi-tasking activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operational tasks
