Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask
- Physical ability to perform bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products including Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to implement changes
- Ability to read and interpret operational and maintenance documents
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to perform physical job requirements
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss reports and store data to affect operational changes
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
