Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Physical ability to perform bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to interpret operating and maintenance instructions
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft products including Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to use profit and loss and store reports to implement changes
  • Ability to read and interpret operational and maintenance documents
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to perform physical job requirements

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss reports and store data to affect operational changes
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
