Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- at least one year of restaurant management experience
- ability to oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company and health standards
- ability to provide leadership and training to restaurant staff
- ability to use p&l and store reports for operational decisions
- proficient computer knowledge with microsoft products
- ability to perform physical tasks including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- utilize profit and loss statements and store reports to drive operational improvements
- read and interpret operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- manage multiple tasks including physical responsibilities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting
- support the overall restaurant team in delivering excellent customer experiences
