Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for change
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required if one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports
- Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Strong multitasking ability
- Physical capability to perform bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
- Monitor and ensure the proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain restaurant condition and equipment
- Support the Restaurant Leader in daily management and operational tasks
