Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and health standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports for change
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required if one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, bend, stand, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports
  • Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Strong multitasking ability
  • Physical capability to perform bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with company policies, procedures, and Health Department Standards
  • Monitor and ensure the proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Utilize P&L and store reports to implement operational changes
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Maintain restaurant condition and equipment
  • Support the Restaurant Leader in daily management and operational tasks
