Job Requirements

  • Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
  • Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
  • Ability to use P&L and store reports to make changes
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
  • Proficient computer knowledge of Microsoft products Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
  • Ability to provide leadership and coaching to staff
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • Competency in reading and interpreting operational documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees
  • Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use P&L and store reports to affect operational change
  • Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Utilize computer knowledge for administrative and reporting tasks
  • Perform multitasking including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
