Job Requirements
- Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader
- Ability to ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Strength in ensuring proper food preparation and presentation
- Ability to use P&L and store reports to make changes
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions
- Proficient computer knowledge of Microsoft products Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with one year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management experience
- Ability to provide leadership and coaching to staff
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Competency in reading and interpreting operational documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to restaurant employees
- Oversee restaurant condition to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use P&L and store reports to affect operational change
- Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Utilize computer knowledge for administrative and reporting tasks
- Perform multitasking including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
