Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
  • Ability to maintain restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
  • Strong food safety and preparation knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance and operational manuals
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret operational documents
  • Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage physical demands of the job
  • Effective use of profit and loss (P&L) reports for decision making

Job Duties

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
  • Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
  • Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
  • Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to affect operational change
  • Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Perform multi-tasking including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
