Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
- Ability to maintain restaurant compliance with policies and health standards
- Strong food safety and preparation knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance and operational manuals
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Proficient computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read and interpret operational documents
- Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage physical demands of the job
- Effective use of profit and loss (P&L) reports for decision making
Job Duties
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees
- Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health department standards
- Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products
- Use profit and loss (P&L) and store reports to affect operational change
- Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Perform multi-tasking including repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
